Apart from the obvious goings on at the folk festival I took time out recently to appreciate the ambience and architecture of Warwick town itself.
The castle is especially magnificent
the second pic below is where the tourist information centre is housed and where I did a stewarding stint fielding questions about the folk festival
The people were friendly and having a good time
